J IS FOR JEWELRY

JEWELRY: For purposes of this A to Z Challenge, my post refers to jewelry designated for ritual or magic(k)al purposes (see M is for Magic(k) on April 15). The jewelry is cleansed, consecrated, and charged with personal energies via ritual and/or meditation. It is rarely worn for regular day-to-day activities but saved for Circle. Gold represents the God (sun), silver the Lady (moon). The silver piece below is comprised of a Pentacle (See P is for Pentacle and Pentagram on April 18) and the Triple Moon Goddess symbol (See T is for Triple Moon Goddess on April 23).

The girl reached out to touch the pendent, and Mercy scrambled out of her reach. “You never, ever touch someone’s ritual jewelry without their permission. EVER.”

Crimson stained Anathea’s cheeks, and Mercy felt like crying—
